East dances based on natural movements of healthy man. Stretches and turns in different planes stimulate your internal organs. If your spine is sick you shouldn’t make jerk movements in twists. But joints movements will be increase if you will make twists slowly and not long time.

Belly dances were intended for losing weight. In the East plump women are valued. But regular dance trainings will redistribute your weight from waist to breast and thighs and emphasize your feminity.
When you displace your breast, work of a spine shows your bust of each size and form in the best possible way.
Belly dance helps you to feel your sexuality through perception of your body as something pleasant and desirable irrespective of age and body build.
