How to begin belly dance lessons
For beginning to dance belly dances you don’t need a large place, because belly dance movements concentrate on your body at first. But it’s very important to find a place or a part of a house for dances where you can find a peace.
Put on comfortable clothes. It’s better to put on long, fine and light skirt or loose trousers, a top with open belly and so on. Put on accessories to feel yourself more confidently and tempting. Some accessories (like a belt with pendants) help you to hear you body better. It’s better to dance without shoes. But it’s only if you dance at home and you are sure that you don’t wound your feet and if this place is warm.
You also can fire aroma sticks or candles to create a calm, quiet and comfortable atmosphere for dances. Chose a slowly and easy music for limbering-up, which helps you relax and find a contact to yourself.
