But do you know about good of a shimmy. Many doctors consider that 15-20 minuets shimmy in a day help you to make your body more active not only physically, but spiritually and psychically too.
Shimmy helps you to feel your body better, to awake your strength of mind and will-power. A shimmy make for deep breathing, it helps oxygen comes to extremities and a cells regeneration.
