A breathe on belly dance lessons

Beauty of belly dance builds up on stretches and shortens of muscles. Breath is very important thing especially in exercises with stretches and shortens of muscles. When you stretch your muscles you breathe in and when you shorten your muscles you breathe out. To learn how to breathe on belly dance lessons you should imagine that you want to clear you lungs. Every time you try to breathe deeper up and then you try to breathe deeper out.

This exercise is very good for your lungs. Your respiratory tracts become clearer, more oxygen comes to your organism and cells regeneration becomes faster. Your body gets extra energy to live and work with pleasure. Your skin becomes more tender and silky.

Belly dance is easy and pleasant way to health and beauty.
