Most of people have a job, which needs to sit down at the same place all day, every day. As a result we have a decrease of organism’s activity and its flabbiness. East dances are a pleasant and easy way to your health. East dances are not only an enthralling sight but they are a very good limbering-up and muscles stimulation. Belly dance includes a lot of acrobatic elements such as inclination back and other elements, which are needed in your flexibility.
East dances shimmy is a fast continuous movement with music. Main purpose of shimmy is to take away physical exertion from joints and stimulate cardiovascular system. Fifteen-twenty minutes of shimmy are like an aerobic lesson.
Shimmy in east dances should harmonize with music. You shouldn’t dance with music, which is not harmonized, with your movements. It’s necessary for dance atmosphere to harmonize your body and music. So carefully chose the music to your dance or chose a dance to the music.
At first time it may be difficult for you to make a shimmy with music you chose. In this case you should wait to dance with such a fast melody. You should choose slowly melody. And when you will be more skilled you can choose a faster music
