Purple color
Purple color means greatness, power, and honors.
It is color of riches, royalty, and highest beauty. It was one of the most honorable and beautiful colors in Roman Empire. At Homer’s purple color was worn by heroes and gods. “Iliad”s heroes wore a purple belt. And members of royal family put on purple clothes even when they were in mourning (but more dark shades, with prevalence dark blue color). In ancient Rome only emperors might wear purple clothes.
Senators might have only purple strips or edgings on their clothes (usually white clothes). In Byzantium emperor signed with purple ink, sat on a purple throne, wore a purple boots.
A purple color is better for dance "Money", as a color, which associates with riches and authority. For strengthening effect from this dance you’ll need a shawl or a belt with coins. Golden or silver coins will be looked very showy on a background of purple color. Put on golden bracelets, earrings and rings to your costume to finish you image. But be careful! Jewelry should not be very bulky and they shouldn’t catch on coins and other decorations of your costume.
